May is Celiac Disease Awareness month. In support of raising awareness of Celiac Disease and options for a gluten free diet, the Landmark Café and The Brown Bag Cookie Company are hosting a Gluten Free Tasting Event. The event is absolutely free, and sampling will include entrée items, appetizers, baked goods and desserts – all 100% gluten free. Food will be provided by the Landmark Cafe, The Brown Bag Cookie Company, Soup Sisters and Chef Scotty’s Italian Meals. Ingredients of sample items will be available to review at the event for those who have other allergens to consider in addition to gluten.
The Gluten Free Tasting Event will take place at the Landmark Café on Friday, May 16th from 11am to 3pm. Address is 400 W. Fry Blvd. in Sierra Vista.
Those who follow a strict gluten free diet, or just curious about gluten free products, are encouraged to attend. Families are also welcome to bring their children.
